Your medical provider at Surry Medical Ministries Clinic (SMM) is a Primary Care Provider (PCP) who specifically trained as a family medicine specialist. Our medical providers understand the medical needs of both children and adults, from newborns to seniors. Families with members of all ages can receive expert care at SMM, whether the need is a simple physical for school, flu shots or regular diabetic care to very complex chronic disease management. Our Primary Care Providers are here to work together with all SMM staff to help patients achieve their best health and life.

If Surry Medical Ministries is your Primary Care Provider (PCP) here is what you can expect:

Available appointments for urgent care and regular healthcare check-ups
Telemedicine appointments upon request, when appropriate
Transportation by request for use to attend appointments
Coordination between services provided at Surry Medical Ministries Clinic and specialty care provided at an outside facility
Timely follow-up with the results from diagnostic tests
Staff who are available at all times to speak with you. Your phone call will be answered locally, not at a call center.
