But we couldn’t do it without your help and the grant funding that enables us to continue offering those in our community who are uninsured and/or financially challenged the critical healthcare services they and their families so desperately need. $25 allows one pre-diabetic patient to attend one diabetes nutritional education session

$50 furnishes a glucometer and 50 test strips for a newly diagnosed diabetic to help manage diabetes

$100 provides for a primary care behavioral health visit and medication for a patient struggling with anxiety and depression

$250 supplies fuel for the Surry Medical Ministries van to provide patient transportation for a month

$300 covers dental services: including antibiotics, x-rays, anesthesia, and surgery for 2 patients with abscessed teeth

$500 provides 6 months of chronic disease counseling

$1500 will ensure patients have a weekly stress management support therapeutic group
