Surry Medical Ministries is officially merging with High Country Community Health, with one goal: expanding accessible healthcare in Surry County. For current SMM patients, that means the care you trust is staying here with the same providers and care teams, plus added support over time as resources and services expand. We remain committed to serving every patient, regardless of ability to pay. Joining High Country Community Health helps us create a stronger foundation for care in Surry County as we work to achieve our mission of improving the physical, mental and social well-being of our community.
