PharmacyOur pharmacists are here to take care of your medication needs, help coordinate care, provide education and improve your access to health care between visits. If you’re a current patient, we can fill your prescriptions onsite, and if you’re prescribed medication during your office visit, we will make sure you leave with your new prescription. We hope you will take advantage of our onsite pharmacy and the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have about your medication.

Pharmacist Onsite Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday 12:00 – 8:00 PM

Filled prescription orders may be picked up at any time the clinic is open.

Need A Child Or Adult Immunization?

Our pharmacy team can provide low- or no-cost immunizations services for children under five as well as adults.

All Surry Medical Ministries Clinic patients are eligible to utilize our on-site pharmacy services – please contact us today about becoming a member of our clinic!

Refills? We Make It Easy

Here are three ways to order your medication:

  1. Order online using this form.
  2. Call our office and order directly.
  3. Or you can come to our office and drop off orders in person.

Important reminders:

  • Submit your refill order NO EARLIER than 1 WEEK prior to completing your entire supply.
  • Medication with “no refills” require physician approval. Patients will be contacted if additional medical information is needed to obtain a refill. If you have questions about a refill, please call us directly.
  • Medication must be picked up by either the patient or a person authorized and recorded on the patient’s record.
  • To fill a prescription or get a refill, you must be a current registered patient of Surry Medical Ministries Clinic.
  • You must be a current registered patient of Surry Medical Ministries Clinic and medication must be picked up by either the patient or the person authorized on your patient’s record.
